General Terms and Conditions
1. Booking and Reservation:
– All bookings are subject to availability.
– Reservations can be made through our website, mobile app, or by phone.
– Confirmation of booking will be sent via e-mail (Booking@LSCPH.dk) or WhatsApp +45 9393 8250.
2. Pricing and Payment:
– Fares are based on distance, time, and vehicle type.
– Full payment must be conducted prior to the scheduled pickup time.
– Payment can be made using credit/debit cards or electronic payment methods.
– Payment in cash can be arranged, but only upon prior agreement.
– Cash payments accepted are Danish Kroners, Euro, and Dollars, with no coins.
3. Cancellations and Changes:
– Please note that cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time are 100% non-refundable. Cancellations made before this time frame are eligible for a 50% refund.
– Cancellations must be submitted in writing and via e-mail to info@LSCPH.dk
– Changes to bookings should be communicated as early as possible.
4. Waiting Time:
– For city pickups, a 15-minute waiting time is allowed from the scheduled pickup time.
– For airport pickups, a 60-minute waiting time is allowed from the flight landing time.
– If a flight is delayed by more than 3 hours, a new booking must be made, and the initial booking is considered a no-show.
5. No Show Policy:
– If a passenger does not appear within the allowed waiting time after the scheduled pickup time, it will be considered a “no show.”
– No show bookings are subject to full fare charges.
– For airport pickups, if a passenger does not appear within 60 minutes from the flight landing time, it will be considered a no show and subject to full fare charges.
6. Passenger Conduct:
– Passengers are expected to conduct themselves respectfully towards the driver and within the vehicle.
– Passengers under the influence of alcohol or drugs, posing a threat to the driver, vehicle, or other passengers, may be refused service.
7. Passenger Responsibility:
– Any damage caused to the driver or the vehicle by the passenger is solely the responsibility of the passenger and customer.
– The company shall not be held liable for any damage caused by the passenger.
8. Luggage and Belongings:
– Passengers are responsible for their belongings.
– Our drivers will assist with loading and unloading luggage but will not be responsible for any loss or damage.
9. Delays and Force Majeure:
– We are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
– In case of unforeseen events (force majeure), we will make reasonable efforts to fulfill bookings but are not liable for any resulting damages.
10. Liability:
– Our liability is limited to the transportation service provided.
– We are not responsible for missed flights, appointments, or events due to circumstances beyond our control.
11. Privacy:
– Passengers’ personal information will be used only for booking purposes and will not be shared with third parties.
12. Complaints and Feedback:

13. Governing Law:
– These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Denmark.
14. Modifications:
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.
16. Other
Smoking is not allowed in any of our vehicles. Violation of this will result in an extra charge of DKK 3.725 / EUR 500.
The driver will at all times comply with applicable traffic laws. This also applies to compliance with local stopping and parking bans.
